[NCSG-EC] [Ext] Schedule EC call

Hi all,

I understand we don't have a timelsot agreed by. We should expand and try
to be flexible. One important agenda is about reviewing timeline for NCSG
election and review of applications. Let's try to get a call by next week
or the week after.
