Thanks for the message. If Minka is already NCSG member and want to join
NCUC, that will be for NCUC EC to review. @Pedro de Perdigão Lana
<pedrodeperdigaolana at gmail.com> @Amin Hacha <aminhacha at gmail.com>  should
follow-up on this request. I don't there will be any issue to proceed.
