[NCSG-EC] November NCSG EC Meeting

Hello all,

Currently there are 5 individual applications and 1 organizational application. I have updated the NCSG EC email list with the new representative from NPOC. Also, I wanted to check in about an NCSG EC meeting for November? The NCSG EC meeting has been hosted on the Monday after The NCSG PC meeting, which for November would be Monday, 17 November. And the meetings have been at 13:00 UTC.
