[NCSG-EC] NCSG EC call 19th May

Hi Pedro,

I don't think we have so much to discuss. The schedule was already shared
in the last call. For joint sessions, I am working with other groups to
agree on agenda. For NCSG membership session, it will be coordinated with
NCUC and NPOC.
We can add that agenda item anyway.
