Hi all,

Sharing the recording and items from the ICANN83 Production  call. We are
working with Andrea about the NCSG sessions in Prague (please check  the
email I sent) and again we have few timeslots available.

Is there any interest to submit a topic for community session? it is a
tight deadline.

Please note that the ICANN83 Block Schedule has been updated further to the
discussion on the call, the placeholder Community Session has now been
removed from Thursday, last block.

The decision is yet to be made as to whether the first Community Session,
last block on Monday, will be deemed necessary. To that point, please see
further information below:



*ACTION ITEMS*

   1. By 1st April 20:00 UTC, please provide potential Community Session
   topics to the list, with additional desired outcomes of the session,
   intended target community groups, draft agenda, speaker names.

Should topics be received, the *second Production call will be held on the
3rd April 2025.* Staff will send the invitation out shortly.



   2. Feedback from ICANN82 was overall positive, with praise for the size
   of the venue and rooms, with the caveat that having the meeting held on
   several floors could hinder networking. Staff will clarify room location
   information on the schedule, and continue to work on minimizing scheduling
   conflicts.



Please find the updated Block Schedule and the ICANN83 Timeline attached to
this email.
