Hello all,

I took some notes from the production call yesterday. The most important item to note, there is a deadline of 01 April for the community to submit a topic for a plenary session/community session if they would like to have one. And as stated, there is a tentative 2nd production call scheduled for next week that is more APAC time friendly.

Following yesterday’s meeting, the discussion began with remarks about ICANN82. The main focus was on room space and floor arrangements, particularly for SSAC meetings.

The key takeaways from the meeting, is the timeline:
- March 4 – Final block schedule release
- April 7–10 – for EMS
- April 21 – May 1 – Conflict resolution period ( if founded).
- May 5 – Prep week schedule publication
- May 19 – ICANN83 schedule publication
- May 27–28 – Prep week
- June 9–12 – ICANN83
Additionally, there was an explanation about hotel locations and how to reach the convention center.

They also mentioned that another meeting might be scheduled next week if needed.
