[NCSG-EC] NCSG EC call 14th July draft agenda

Hi all,

I an sending a rough  draft agenda for next week Monday call. We don't have
too many topics to discuss other than action items from Prague meeting and
we might not have made substantial progress since:

1- introduction
2- Membership applications review
3- Review action items
- fellowship call for candidates
- NCSG tech
- election operating procedure
- others
4- AOB

So please feel free to suggest new topic or amend the agenda.
