[NCSG-EC] ICANN82 Joint meeting with GAC

Hi everyone,

I don't think we have decided on this, right? Maybe we have already missed
the window we had to decide, but I believe we may have too many agenda
items to guarantee that we will have relevant NCSG participation in this
meeting. If, however, we have volunteers who are interested in leading the
dialogue with the GAC, I would support accepting this slot.
