[NCSG-EC] ask for NPOC status

Hi Carlos,

NCSG EC had its monthly call today and  we could reach a conclusion for
your request.  AGEIA Densi is expected to be an NPOC member.
Sorry for all those delays , NPOC leadership will follow-up with you about
next steps.
