Hi Andrea,

My simple criteria would be to avoid clashing sessions where we can intervene or have a substantial number of WG members participating e.g. SSAC-board session we will be in listening only mode but it is also clashing against 2 IRTs.
so wednesday 10:30-12:00  would be fine since it is an outreach session. possibly Thursday 9:00-10:00 as this session is usually a speaking panel if I am not mistaking and not so much interaction with the audience.
there is no optimal option and we need to accept the tradeoff. Do we value the possibility to interact with GAC and SSAC and reach them out or having FOMO for some sessions?

After looking at the schedule below are the slots that are open with no noncommercial sessions, although as you will see there are conflicts. Would you like me to send these days/times to GAC & SSAC and see if they are available for any of them? Thanks for the updated schedule. can we have also listed the other joint sessions there e.g. GAC, ALAC, SSAC for those confirmed.
FYI we also confirmed the usual breakfast meeting with Chris and Becky. We will also have a call with Chris this month, meeting invite to be sent soon.

Currently the NCSG Issue Forum is scheduled on Sunday, 09 March, 1030-12. This is against a GNSO Working Session.

Here are some other possibilities for the session. I am also attaching a PDF with all sessions and sessions that NCSG will be participating in with other groups. I know it’s tiny, but you can enlarge to see better.

Tuesday, 11 March 1315-1430
Wednesday, 12 March 0900-1000, against Sub Pro IRT & PPSAI IRT
Wednesday, 12 March 1030-1200, against an RrSG session called RrSG Outreach: A registrant’s journey
Thursday, 13 March 0900-1000, against the Geopolitical Forum
Thursday, 13 March 1500-1600 against SubPro IRT

Once this session is set, then I can reach out to SSAC to try to get a session scheduled with them.
