[NCSG-EC] Draft Agenda for EC call 17th February

hi all,

I am sending a draft agenda for our next EC meeting on 17th February. It is
open for comment, edit  and amendments. Let me know what you think:

3- Review of action items

Regarding applications review, we need to confirm that all EC members can
access the civicrm membership system and asking everyone to start reviewing
the backlog of applications. The agenda item above is regarding flagged
applications that require further discussion, otherwise the other
without any concern can be approved.
