[NCSG-EC] FW: [Ext] Payment of certain NCSG expenses

Zoho is used for the CiviCRM:

$ host -t mx members.ncsg.is
members.ncsg.is mail is handled by 50 mx3.zoho.com.
members.ncsg.is mail is handled by 10 mx.zoho.com.
members.ncsg.is mail is handled by 20 mx2.zoho.com.

I don't really know how it uses it, I just remember changing the MX
record when asked to way back when its support was switched to the new
company (I don't even know if it's been changed since).

I wasn't aware that Raphael has been paying for it.

I guess the easiest thing to do would be to direct the bills
to Milton, although I would like to know how much it is and
indeed why it's needed in the first place.
