[NCSG-EC] Agenda for EC Call 8th April

Sorry, Rafik and EC, I just realized that on Wednesday and Thursday there
will also be an agenda conflict that I had not written down before...

Would having our meeting an hour earlier (on either of those three days),
at 12 UTC, be possible for others? If not, I can Friday on the same time
(13UTC), and, if not one of those dates work, I will justify my absence and
follow the recording afterward.
