Hello everyone, I think that probably the 90 minutes could short time for our NCSG Day. Could we add another? 
Also, I was checking that we only will have one PC meeting session. I think we should keep two,  as we did on Seattle. 
I am not seeing the slot for NCSG issue forum. Are we going to do it? 
So, as Wrap up... I think we should need two NCSG/C sessions, two for PC, and the issue forum. Maybe will be too much because of the thigh agenda, but I prefer we ask that now than later.

Hello!

We typically have a 90 min slot for the PC meeting and the only 90 min slot available on Tuesday is after the GNSO informal meeting. I have attached an updated schedule with some changes to the NCSG sessions. I also have the NCPH session on Thursday.

Hi Andrea, Rafik,

It would be interesting to keep the PC one on Tuesday and move the Membership one to Thursday, right? About the PC one, would it be more fruitful to have it before or after the informal GNSO Council meeting?

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the update. We have to split the  NCSG sessions between 2 days if possible , in addition to the joint  sessions TBC. 

We will have a NCSG day in Muscat meeting instead as Tuesday is a "constituency day". 

We might not avoid clashing with some PDP sessions too.

Please find attached the draft GNSO schedule for ICANN83. We will not be able to have all NCSG sessions on Tuesday as was requested. You will see many PDP, IRT and GNSO Council sessions that will cause many conflicts. I will need to know ASAP which sessions should be requested.
