[NCSG-EC] [NCSG-PC] [Ext] ICANN83 Draft GNSO Schedule

Hi Juan,

Yes policy forum is 2 days shorter than usual. In Seattle, we could have
several meeting sin the weekend. We also have 3 joint meetings to schedule
yet. When we thought about NC day, we were thinking about Tuesday,
unfortunately GNSO council already took 2 slots there and messing up the
plan

We can go with 90min NCSG/C membership session.

For NCSG issue forum, we can plan that for ICANN84 and explore topic to
discuss.

@Andrea Glandon <andrea.glandon at icann.org> how many slots are available
minus council and community sessions?
