[NCSG-EC] [Ext] ICANN83 Draft GNSO Schedule

Hi Andrea, Rafik,

It would be interesting to keep the PC one on Tuesday and move the
Membership one to Thursday, right? About the PC one, would it be more
fruitful to have it before or after the informal GNSO Council meeting?
