[NCSG-EC] [Ext] ICANN83 Draft GNSO Schedule

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the update. We have to split the  NCSG sessions between 2 days
if possible , in addition to the joint  sessions TBC.
We will have a NCSG day in Muscat meeting instead as Tuesday is a
"constituency day".
We might not avoid clashing with some PDP sessions too.
