Hello, all.

There is a 90-minute plenary session scheduled for 10:30—12:00 local 
time in Istanbul, Türkiye on Wednesday, 13 November 2024. The joint 
proposal from the ALAC and GAC is available here:

The first step is to convene a planning team. *Please let me know by 
Monday, 30 September 2024, if you would like to be part of the planning 
team.* The goal is to have a few planning calls in the coming weeks.
