[NCSG-EC] welcome message

Hi all,

I hope you are recovering well from the ICANN meeting week and
getting acquainted with you as I didn't have a chance to meet some of you
F2F. I wanted to send this message to kickstart some threads/discussions.

First matter will be to schedule an NCSG EC call in coming weeks, Andrea
will help us with that. Of course, we will work on reviewing membership
applications but I would also like to list other topics for EC for
discussion such as operating procedures and so on.

I would also like to confirm with NCUC and NPOC leadership about
representatives appointments if there is any change so we can settle this
matter quickly and start as EC for this term.
