[NCSG-EC] Participation in Istanbul

Hello Everyone,

I can't be in Istanbul due to the non-issuance of my visa on time. I will
be participating remotely although with lots of big time difference for me.
I gathered this is a big issue for lots of Nigerian passport holders.

Please let me know if there are any EC-related task I must accomplish
remotely. See you online.
