[NCSG-EC] 2024 NCSG Election Ballot Review

Dear Andrea and all,

I just wanted to raise to your attention the fact that Razoana is running -
at the same time - for a position at the NCUC EC and GNSO council. We
previously had an internal understanding that no one should occupy more
than one leadership position in NCSG or in NCSG and elsewhere and I
believe this should be the approach here.

I understand I'm no longer a member of the EC but would like for the EC to
have a proper discussion, together w/ NCUC EC, on this issue.
