Hi Caleb! Thanks for your message and contribution!

I understood from the conversation we had a while back with PIR that the
formalization of the support would be made through NCUC, and there is a
historical component of the NCUC-PIR that would help process the proposal
as well. I can't remember fully the reasons now and did not ask for more
details back then, but, in the next meeting, I'll get more info and come
back to you. Besides that, I believe the day-to-day tasks of overseeing the
project will be implemented by NCUC EC members, following the planning
phase.

However, since this is a policy-focused pilot project, and policy has been
made mostly at NCSG level, NPOC ideas and principles will surely be a part
of it. From my perspective, one of the main internal objectives of this
project is to bring the whole non-commercial group together! 🙂
