[NCSG-EC] WS2 Implementation Progress

Ah I remember this from my early 30s. I was co-chairing the so/ac
accountability as a part of ws2 on accountability. Later on as the NCSG
chair we responded to the questionnaire with others. (2018) the
recommendations are not binding in anyway but I think they are good
practice and we should consider them. Unlike other groups we have many of
them in place such as “term limits”…
