[NCSG-EC] [Ext] Re: NCSG EC travel for ICANN81 (Istanbul)

I am confirming that Pedro will be taking David Morar's spot on the NCSG EC. Pedro will also use the NCSG EC travel slot for ICANN81. I will add Pedro to the NCSG EC email list today.
