[NCSG-EC] ICANN82 Session Descriptions and Titles

Hi Andrea,

for the NCSG HRIA session. @farzaneh badii <farzaneh.badii at gmail.com>  can
you please draft the title and description
For NCSG issue forum,just drafting quickly something: "NCSG will discus
important policy topic for non commercial community and of interest for
other parts of ICANN"
As @Tomslin Samme-Nlar <mesumbeslin at gmail.com>  suggested, we should have 2
leads for this session, looking to have volunteers to work on the agenda
and planning.
