[NCSG-EC] Travel Support replacement

Hi all,

I got notification from Peter saying he cannot make it for ICANN82. That
means initiating process to find replacement for the travel slot.

We will follow the process stated here
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Operating+Procedures .
I will prepare announcement to send to membership list to ask for
expression of interest and we should make decision prior to the travel
support replacement deadline.
