[NCSG-EC] [Ext] NCSG Applications

Hi all,

Thanks Andrea for sending the list.

I do believe our role is diligently review, flag any possible concern and
not rubber stamp applications. So EC members should feel ok to raise
concerns anytime and share it with the rest of the EC.

 Unfortunately, it is not unusual to see some coordinated action or bogus
appliactions. For this case, we can reach out to those applicants and ask
for more details to see if they are genuine  applications and there is real
interest to join NCSG. That would help to sort out those who are showing at
least some will to join.

@Andrea Glandon <andrea.glandon at icann.org> we can use the civicrm to track
those interactions with applicants, save the reasons for rejection or there
is another place?
