[NCSG-EC] Member application approvals

 Hi Tapani,

Just tried again and everything worked great (other reviews were not
appearing even on the organization page and now I can see what others have
voted for and written).

@Johan Helsingius <julf at julf.com> , my reviews were already ready on a
separate doc, so I just inserted them all in the system a few minutes ago.
