[NCSG-EC] Member application approvals

Offhand I've no idea what's wrong.

I did change the "David Morar" box title, but I don't think
it'll make a difference.

I don't understand the comment about "First name" space - there
should be no need to do anything of the kind, if I understand
correctly what you're doing.

Could you give me an example of an applicant you tried but
failed to approve?
