[NCSG-EC] Board seat 14 mediation - participants?

If Bruna and Tomslin could do it, that would be great! For the next
meeting, I think we should figure out a way to have NCSG, NCUC and NPOC
represented, so that we have good balance, or if folks think that Julf,
Bruna and Tomslin works, we can leave it at that!
