[NCSG-EC] Board seat 14 mediation - participants?

Hi Julf,

I'm fine with you doing it alone for now. In principle I agree that
having same number of people on both sides in future meetings, one
representing each constituency, would be a good idea, but I don't
think it's manageable at this short a notice.
