[NCSG-EC] Board seat 14 mediation - participants?

Lori wants to bring Mason and  Phillipe to our mediation set-up meeting. 
Do we want to pick co-negotiators at short notice, or are you OK with me 
facing them alone? Going forward it would make sense to have one person 
from each constituency (with NCSG counting as one).

Hi Lori,

8000 people on site is indeed an impressively big meeting!

I know what a hassle it is to prepare for a trip like that,
and i appreciate you taking the time to get the moderation
started.

I was assuming it would be just you, me and Melissa at this point,
so I haven't invited anyone else. It is a bit of a short notice
to get the right people to join, so I might keep it at just me
from our side, but I have no issue with Phillipe and Mason joining
us.
