[NCSG-EC] NCSG EC meeting dates

Dear NCSG EC members,

We need to have an (online) meeting reasonably soon (among other things
there are new members to approve).

I will send out a doodle poll shortly, but before that, can you please
indicate your general availability in the next 2-3 weeks, what times
of day you generally are available at, and what time zone you are in.
