[NCSG-EC] [Ext] NCSG EC meeting (virtual)

Yes, however I've been away for five years (and was actually a bit
surprised to discover my admin account still active) so I'm not
exactly up to date on where things stand now.

Anyway, let's talk about this in the meeting today, maybe Julf
has solutions in mind for everything. :-)
