[NCSG-EC] Fwd: 2nd Reminder: Membership of SSC - Action Required by 14 October 2022

Fine by me. Given that experience and continuity is useful in
this kind of position, it makes sense to let people stay there
for more than one year. (An upper limit might also make sense,
but there's no need to go there now.)

In any event it would be good to have this policy written down
somewhere, so that we could be consistent about it in the future.
