[NCSG-EC] NCSG FC

I think it has been quite awhile since we’ve had a staffed and operational Financial Committee.  In part because we don’t really have money to manage and the constituencies manage their monies.    But now that you’ve brought it up, we really should because there are lots of other duties (as outlined in our Charter) that NCSG Financial Committee should be doing.  Time to re-activate this committee?
