[NCSG-EC] NCSG EC Approvals

Hey all,

I couldn't help but notice that some of the names listed above are already
NCSG members. Could we double check whether all the organisation reps we
have just approved aren't already members and the condition under which
they joined ? My main concern is the duplication of votes and this possibly
raising us a future problem.

I see names like Ioana, Sam Lanfranco and Taiwo Peter Akinremi and already
recognize them as members - at least at the individual capacity - so can we
double check all the names before announcing them to the list ?
