[NCSG-EC] New tentative of EC meeting - Friday, 13th, at 15h00 utc ?

Thanks, Bruna.  That time on Friday the 13th works for me for an EC meeting and I agree that we should hold a meeting soon and get caught up on any pending membership applications and other business.
