[NCSG-EC] New tentative of EC meeting - Friday, 13th, at 15h00 utc ?

Great! Now is a good time to tell people to join the stakeholder group and
or constituencies, for it might be another while for the next round of new
members' review.

The plague is still wearing us all down, but I remain optimistic that we
will see each other in San Juan.
