[NCSG-EC] New tentative of EC meeting - Friday, 13th, at 15h00 utc ?

I am writing to you in order to check your availability for an EC meeting
this friday, at 15h00 UTC.

As you may recall, I have unsuccessfully tried to schedule meetings for us
at least 3 times now and that resulted in more than one year without EC
meetings and going through membership applications. Therefore, I am
suggesting a meeting this friday, August 13th, at 15h00 UTC.

Please reply to this email asap with your availability for attending this
meeting.
