I'm in Cancun, so UTC -5 is ideal for me.
Just let me know and I will join you guys. I also agree with Raphael, that we should get Ioana on board CIVI and other processes of the NCSG. I'm sure she will pull her weight, once we get her introduced with our systems.

I'm in touch with Niels to see if he's interested in taking the lead on the issue. If so I'll loop him in on the tech mailing list and with Tapani.
Best,

Great, thanks for chiming in Raphael. I agree that it is looking too busy for this week, this shortened meeting has been a challenge. We are all super busy too.
I don't know how busy Maryam is, but I don't see why we could not do this meeting next week sometime, so perhaps she could set that up bearing in mind her own busy schedule.
Please lets all go in and kill off our new membership applications so that we can dispense with them at the same time. We also have that question which Niels is raising about migrating the list. Not something I have a clue about, nor a desire to tackle.
cheers Steph

Hi all
Apologies for not being very proactive to set the meeting up but I don't think I would have had much time this week - Im traveling a bit. I would have a bit more time next week but then it gets into the actual meeting.
Ideally we would get things out of the way but at this point I presume it might be easier to try to get something going some time next week.
If that's an option then Maryam could set up a doodle?
Also do we have the new NPOC appointee? Have they been put into CIVI etc. etc.?
Have a nice day,

We just got off another planning call. We have shrunk from over 300 sessions to less than 75. Plus, they are all in UTC-5. I dont think that is a problem for our EC, but I am pretty grumpy that on top of everything they are cutting the operating hours down to 9-5. This effectively stops us from arranging things for our Asia Pacific folks. not fair.
Could we have an EC meeting next week? might be better to just get it out of the way....i am relatively free next week, you guys pick a time if you agree.
cheers Steph

Hi all,
Will we be meeting? I understand that "kitchen" meetings like ours have probably been bumped out of the schedule of the now-remote meeting.
However there are some issues related to the various IT services we pay for and how they fit with each other, that I would want discussed (and decided) sooner rather than later. Nothing catastrophic, but just decisions that have to be taken.
So even if we don't have a meeting scheduled at the moment, I suggest we find a way to schedule one. I'd report in more details on the stuff above before that of course.
Thanks!
