[NCSG-EC] "meeting" during ICANN67

I'm in Cancun, so UTC -5 is ideal for me.

Just let me know and I will join you guys. I also agree with Raphael, that
we should get Ioana on board CIVI and other processes of the NCSG. I'm sure
she will pull her weight, once we get her introduced with our systems.
