[NCSG-EC] Revised Ballot Wording

Good catch, Steph.  Also, we need a Candidate Statement from Wisdom.  I would give him 24 hours to post it.  If he can’t, his name shouldn’t be on the ballot, as only candidates who have provided a Candidate Statement are eligible to be on the final ballot.
