Do we have any thoughts on this folks?  We need to schedule a meeting of 
the EC to catch up on all kinds of things, i will put this on the

Dear Community Leaders and Representatives:

Developed with your input from our last call, attached is a proposed 
block schedule for the virtual ICANN69 AGM.

This proposed block schedule is designed to break the meeting sessions 
into three manageable segments by week: Prep Week (5-9 Oct); SO/AC 
Internal Workdays (13-15 Oct); and the formal meeting week (19-22 Oct) 
devoted to Plenary sessions, Board interactions, and special sessions.

This is in an effort to provide you with a schedule format that supports 
the flexibility we feel you are looking for in organizing your 
priority sessions needed to advance Community work.

We look forward to reviewing this with you on the 29 July call.
