Dear Martin,

Let me first say that I am sorry to see you go, however I understand and
share your sentiments.

You have been a great representative and supportive colleague and I wish
you all the best for your future endeavors.  I know we will be dialoguing
in the next few weeks, and your exit on February 1st, makes me reminisce
about the birthday party in LA a few years ago.

As a dedicated GNSO Councillor, your work and expertise have contributed to
advance the stature on the noncommercial sector.

I will leave my other comments for later.
