[NCSG-EC] ABRs

Hey all,

We needed to finalize our proposal for the approved *Policy Writing and
Advocacy Training *ABR in order to send it to Org by friday. Any chance any
of you can help me in this endeavor ?

Basically we needed to highlight the main points we want this ABR to convey
and what could be possible outcomes.
