[NCSG-EC] Doodle Poll for Leadership Meeting

Dear all,

First of all I'd like to apologize with Robyn about the doodle and invite -
I believe your contributions would've been very valuable to this initial
debate.

About the meetings, I also agree on hosting them on a monthly basis - as
topics and discussions develop it would be good to have this
monthly check-in. Should we expand the invitation to other committees ?
This initial one was only NPOC/NCUC/NCSG ECs + Chair of PC, but it could be
interesting to add FC or any other
