[NCSG-EC] Resignation from the Chairmanship of the NCSG

I'm fine with Raphael taking the interim chair's position, although I would
love to see you reconsider, Stephanie, for all of our sakes. I think you're
your biggest criticiser and taking the usual suspects and whining too
personally. You might think that a vote of confidence was made, but I can
assure you, the next chair will most likely be even less popular. It's an
extremely tough environment to chair and to be honest, I think you've
actually done everything that a chair is expected to do - you just set the
bar too high for yourself with all the other responsibilities you were
hogging, including the EPDP especially.

I doubt that you will, but if you DID reconsider continuing, I'm really
quite sure, everyone would be largely relieved.
