Please get in there and comment on the existing membership applications so that we can get these folks approved or RFI's sent in time for the election. We have been sloppy about getting this job done, it should take less than half an hour now the system is working. Please Maryam, can you send out a doodle poll for the next call to fix these memberships? Given my current experience on the NCSG Executive Committee and as a member of the leadership team for the GNSO New GTLD Subsequent Procedures Working Group, and my past experience as a two-term GNSO Councilor representing noncommercial users, I believe I can contribute to NCSG?s policy work at ICANN #65. I listen to the audio of most GNSO Council meetings either live or shortly thereafter, as I?ve followed the GNSO Council work for many years. I am able to book my travel arrangements immediately and do not require obtaining a visa in advance for this trip. I stand ready to provide any additional information or clarifications needed to more effectively evaluate this application. Look out for: -Only relevant info on the individuals and orgs page (including who hasn't evaluated yet) -A backlink to the "view details" page on the "approve or comment" page, which is on the left sidebar. Given that such a backlink already exists on the view details page, we can now cycle back and forth between those for a single member, which makes things more practical. Next on Wapix's list is the weekly email reminder to EC that there are applications pending. This should take about 5h dev time. The email will include the name of pending members as well as the names of those of us at the EC who have not evaluated said pending member. The email will be sent to all EC members (so that we feel some passive peer pressure haha) CC to Techteam just FYI. Have a nice weekend, -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
