[NCSG-EC] let's finish all the outstanding membership applications

Hi all

I suppose it would be important that we get this pile of applications out
of the pending category before Kobe.

It's pretty simple; just login at members.ncsg.is and give your comments.
Those on whom we all agree can then be properly added to the system.

That would be a first step, and we can then see what we do for the problem
ones.
